Website information and service requests
Website content is provided for general business information. Submitting a form, email or quote request does not create a carrier, broker, agency, fiduciary or other contractual relationship and does not obligate ICS to accept or perform a shipment.
Services are available only after the relevant parties confirm the shipment details, pricing, scope, payment requirements and written service terms.
Quotes and shipment documents
Quotes are based on the information supplied and may change if the cargo, dimensions, weight, classification, value, route, accessorial requirements, equipment, customs requirements, market conditions or other facts differ. Unless stated otherwise in writing, quotes may exclude duties, taxes, examinations, storage, demurrage, detention, re-delivery, waiting time and other third-party or accessorial charges.
Actual transportation or logistics services may be governed by a written quotation, service agreement, bill of lading, carrier tariff, warehouse receipt, broker agreement or other shipment-specific document. If those documents conflict with these Website Terms, the shipment-specific documents control.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipment information; lawful and suitable packaging, marking and labeling; correct documents; accurate values and commodity descriptions; required permits or licenses; safe pickup and delivery access; and timely payment of agreed charges. You must promptly disclose hazardous, restricted, perishable, high-value, oversized or otherwise special cargo.
Third-party providers
Services may involve independent carriers, warehouses, customs professionals, agents and other providers. Availability, routing, transit time and performance may depend on those third parties and on conditions outside our reasonable control. References to a service or provider do not guarantee availability or acceptance.
Transit times and delays
Pickup, departure, arrival and delivery times are estimates unless a written shipment agreement expressly states otherwise. Delays may result from weather, congestion, customs, inspections, labor disruptions, capacity, mechanical issues, government action, incomplete information or other events outside reasonable control.
Restricted and prohibited use
You may not use the website or request services for unlawful purposes or provide false, misleading or unauthorized information. Cargo must comply with applicable laws, carrier restrictions and safety requirements. We may decline requests involving prohibited or inadequately disclosed goods.
Cargo insurance and claims
Cargo insurance is not automatically included unless expressly confirmed in writing. Carrier or provider liability may be limited by applicable law, tariff, bill of lading or contract. Customers should request insurance information before shipment when additional protection is needed. Loss or damage claims must follow the notice, documentation and time requirements in the controlling shipment documents.
Website availability and disclaimers
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but information may be incomplete, outdated or interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted access, error-free operation or suitability for a particular shipment.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ICS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages arising solely from website use or inability to use the website. Any liability connected with an accepted shipment is determined by the applicable shipment-specific agreement, tariff, bill of lading and governing law.

The website’s branding, text, graphics and design are owned by or licensed to ICS and may not be copied, republished or commercially exploited without written permission, except for ordinary personal or internal business reference.
